| A jiko is a charcoal burning stove that is traditionally used in Kenya and many other parts of Africa to cook on (a bit like a small barbeque). It can be used as an incense burner and comes supplied with black incense that has the appearance of charcoal. |  |

All the artisans are Kenyan and the materials are from local sources, to include soapstone, grasses, a variety of woods, goatskin for the drums, recycled scrap for the charcoal cookers. |  |
